In accordance with the amendments, remote work under an employment contract can be fully built on electronic interaction between the parties.

The employer also needs to report for employees to the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund in electronic form.

Starting from this year, annual financial statements are submitted electronically by all organizations. Even small businesses, for which an exception was previously made, hand over everything electronically.

Mandatory electronic document management is gradually being introduced by the state in all areas of business. By the end of 2024, we plan to digitize up to 70% of the total document flow of Russian legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.
