«Service 360°» — a new online resource for small and medium-sized businesses

In November of this year, a new online communication channel for small businesses with the state was launched. The channel operates on the website of the Corporation of Small and Medium Enterprises and is designed specifically for entrepreneurs. Through it, you can report all the difficulties of doing business in the country that the business owner had to face. Through this channel, you can also contact government agencies regarding obtaining state support measures.

The term for consideration of applications submitted through the "Service 360°" is 15 working days.

Today the channel includes 8 sections devoted to various issues:

1. Control (supervisory) activities;
2. Purchasing. Actions (inaction) of the customer;
3. Microfinance organizations;
4. Regional guarantee organizations;
5. Support infrastructure;
6. Warranty support;
7. Development institutions;
8. Problems due to COVID restrictions.

In each section, you can leave your message. In the future, it is planned to increase the number of sections, depending on the requests of entrepreneurs.

Working with the channel is quite simple.

Having opened the resource, you need to select the category to which your request belongs. Then you need to fill out the application form and click the "SEND" button. Expect a response within 15 days.

The new channel will complement existing ways to collect feedback.

It was previously announced that, if necessary, representatives of relevant departments and other government bodies will be involved in solving problems voiced through “Service 360°”.
