An employment contract with a remote employee can be signed through public services

In modern realities and the period of the coronavirus crisis, employers are increasingly hiring remote employees.

It is worth clarifying that in our legislation there is no concept of “remote work”, there is the term “remote work”. Chapter 49.1 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation regulates the relationship between the employer and the remote employee.
